Elk Mountain Trail
29 June 20083 mile round trip hike to Elk Mountain with an elevation gain of 2788 feet. It was probably the toughest hike we have gone so far, due to steep climb, slippery trail (due to loose pebbles), and near 100 degree temperature.

Eagle Creek Trail
8 June 2008This week we went to the real Eagle creek and it is very beautiful. It is 12 mile round-trip hike to the Tunnel falls. We tried couple of ways to get a closer view of the punch bowl falls, but the water was too cold and we didn’t exactly know the way to go into the river.
Clackamas Riverside Trail

Silver Falls Trail
18 May 2008Fifth hiking trip to Silver Falls state park. It was an easy hike of about 8 miles.
