About me

I graduated from the University of Illinois with a Ph.D. in Systems and Entrepreneurial engineering from the Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering. At UIUC, I was a Research Assistant and a member of Illinois Genetic Algorithms Laboratory (IlliGAL), Materials Theory and Computational Material Science Laboratory, and Materials Computation Center.

My Ph.D. advisers were Prof. David E. Goldberg and Prof. Duane D. Johnson and my research included developing and analyzing competent genetic algorithms, genetic programming and principled efficiency-enhancement techniques and applying them to material-science and chemistry problems, specifically multi-scale modeling.

I am currently a software engineer in the computational lithography group at Intel Corp and based in Hillsboro, Oregon.
